Pegasus Construction was contracted to develop 20 acres of land for adding 126 new residential home lots. The project included all site grub, excavation, grading, home pads, retention basins, flood control, gabion walls, underground utilities, including water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, electrical service lines, curb, gutter, sidewalks, streets, dog park, mail center and recreational area.
