Pegasus Construction completed a comprehensive renovation of the main security entrance for the Monte Vista RV Resort residential community. The project included the installation of modern, automated entry gates equipped with keypad access to enhance security and convenience for residents and guests.

The design integrates modern gate technology with adobe-inspired architectural elements, complementing the existing aesthetics of the community while introducing a refreshed and secure access point. The renovation also included updated CMU perimeter walls, finished with a smooth, painted stucco texture to match the contemporary-adobe design.

This upgrade reflects Monte Vista’s commitment to both safety and style, with Pegasus Construction delivering a high-quality, functional, and visually cohesive solution.
